The apartments were in seriously deteriorated condition and the State Home Program, The Vintage Bank, The Town of Yountville and the Napa County Trust Fund provided loans for the purchase and rehabilitation. The total price for purchase and renovation was $900,000. Family Apartments is the owner and NVCH provides the property management.
There are eight units in this two-story apartment complex, four one-bedroom apartments and four-two bedroom apartments. The residents who live here primarily lived in Yountville or worked in Yountville prior to moving into this development.
