Prospective Residents
In order to be eligible to live in affordable housing applicants must income qualify. Prospective residents are asked to complete a detailed application and have a family interview. Income and assets must be verified by a third party, and reports gathered from previous landlords and from credit and criminal reporting sources. Letters of reference are also required as well as copies of supporting documents such as tax returns, social security identification, bank statements, etc. Applications can be picked up at our office.
We are serving the needs of low income individuals and families throughout Napa County. We have properties throughout the valley as far north as St. Helena.
