Napa Park homes consists of 140 rental units, 116 of which are designated for persons eligible for Section 8 housing. The balance of the units are for moderate income residents. There are one, two and three bedroom apartments, a laundry room, office and maintenance area and a large playground. After the purchase from the private owner, NVCH initiated the development of a community room where tenants could hold meetings and classes, and socialize. After several years a modular unit was installed and it has become the center of activities for the complex.

In 2007 the property had siding and windows replaced and new roofs installed on to five buildings.  Drainage repairs and sidewalk damage were completed and repaving and re-striping of the parking lot was completed as well.  The exterior was painted in 2009.
