This was the largest low income family new development built in the City of Napa since the early 1970’s. The Housing Authority of the City of Napa was the property manager for the first five years. NVCH has managed since 1998. The owner is Mayacamas Village Associates a partnership of the two developers. The cost of development was just over $7 million dollars.
