Project development is exciting as well as challenging. To make possible the purchase of land, cover new building development costs and apartment renovation expenses, loans are acquired from banks and from federal and state deferred loan programs. To supplement these, the agency looks to city and county government, local foundations and community based businesses for support.
Napa Valley Community Housing has either solely or in partnership developed 23 properties totaling more than 875 units. Our most current development is Arroyo Grande Villas in Yountville, for which we are currently accepting applications.
